1. Online registration

Please send a crossed cheque with the appropriate amount payable to “The Hong Kong Psychological Society Limited” and mail to the address below:

Please write down your full name, contact number and email at the back of the cheque.
For early-bird registration, postal chop on your mail of the cheque has to be on or before 30 March, 2017.
Invalid Cheque
If the submitted cheque is rejected by the bank, notice for cheque resubmission will be sent by email. The invalid cheque will be destroyed.

3. Confirmation of Registration
Registration is complete after we receive your online registration and payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed in the registration form in 7 working days. Please contact us at hkpsconference2017@gmail.com for any enquiry.
4. Attendance Certificate and Official Receipt of Payment
The certificate of attendance will be issued on the day of conference. Names printed on certificates and receipts will be the same as the name listed in the registration form.
