Guidelines for preparation and submission of abstracts

• Abstract title is limited to 25 words

• Abstract text is limited to 250 words including acknowledgements

• All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.

• Please structure your abstract using the following headings: 
  1. Objectives
  2. Methods
  3. Results
  4. Conclusions (avoid evasive statements like "the findings will be discussed")

• Please define all abbreviations at the first time they appear.

• If an abstract is accepted, one author must attend the conference and present it in person. Poster presenters must be present and stand by their posters during their assigned poster session.

• A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the presenting author within 5 working days after submission. Please contact us at hkpsconference2017@gmail.com if you do not receive the confirmation email or for any inquiry.
